Biometric Screening

The biometric evaluation provides clinical laboratory results to complement self-reported data on the HRA questionnaire. The Biometric Screening includes:

• Pre-screening educational session on-site at your location to explain the screening and promote participation
• Lipid panel (including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose)
• Blood pressure and pulse
• Weight and Height
• Body composition analysis including waist/hip ratio
• 50 page instructional booklet on preventing heart disease for each participant
• Confidential personal results for each participant including both the single page HRA Summary and the HealthMedia Succeed Lifestyle Score & Report Sample
• Executive summary presentation to company

As an option, you may add:

A 15-minute on-site consult with each participant and a health educator to discuss results and provide education on improving results.

• H & H - screening for anemia
